Project Management – Employer’s Agent

Working closely and effectively with design teams and contractors to deliver projects that meet the aims and objectives of our clients, we  provide a total project management solution to control, co-ordinate and deliver successful projects.

We understand that successful project management is a combination of personality, experience and diligent delivery and ensure that these qualities are brought to bear on our clients’ projects.

As well as offering full project management services, we also provide the following services:

• Employer’s Agent on ‘Design and Build’ projects
• Client’s Representative for ACA Partnering Forms of Contract (PPC 2000)
• Funder / Purchaser Monitoring

CDM Regulations – CDM Coordination

The CDM Co-ordinator (CDMC) carries out the required duties of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007) – further information is available on this HSE leaflet.

Over the years we have developed tried and tested CDM management systems which work effectively over the range of design and procurement routes while remaining flexible enough to meet specific client/project requirements. These systems aim to eliminate the burden of unnecessary bureaucracy and focus on the truly significant CDM issues of a project, which in turn fosters a good working relationship with the design team.

Whilst we work to ensure the safest possible design we do not believe that safety considerations should necessarily stifle good design. Therefore we work closely with the design team and contractor taking a common sense approach allowing them to exercise design flair while still achieving a design which is safe to build, use and maintain.
